Terms of Service

You warrant that you are of legal age to join this program. By placing your order, you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions as set forth here. Terms and Conditions/Terms of Service may be amended, and changes will be reflected here. Should you not agree to the current terms or as they are amended, you are required to cancel your account immediately.
You understand that by joining, you will be building a viral or virtually self-growing mailing list that you may contact per the terms of your membership package. In return you may also get mail from up to 10 people in the system above you.

This service is month to month. You may cancel your membership at any time by using the support ticket center located in the member area. Because of the nature of this service and the fact that you can use this product instantly, no refunds can be provided.

Your privacy is always 100% respected. While up to 10 people may contact you WITHIN the system, they will not have direct access to your email address unless you personally provide it to someone that is a user in Ultra-Mailer.

Absolutely NO hate mail, porn, harrassment, threatening mail, abusive or offensive mail of any kind, advertising of pirated software or any other stolen goods. This would result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund, and any commissions due on account will be forfeited permanently.

Commissions are paid out the following month after your referral has upgraded. Commissions will be paid once your commission balance has reached $25 or more and are paid out once per month.

Spamming is not tolerated. If you send out spam mail in the attempt to gain more referrals to Ultra-Mailer, your account will be terminated immediately and without notice. You may also be subject to fines and being reported to the payment processor which you used.

Users are allowed one (1) account. Multiple accounts per user are subject to termination without refund or notice.

You must always have a valid email address and phone number on file at all times. Should we need to contact you regarding your account, including but not limited to billing, or other inquiries or verifications, we need to be assured we can contact you in some form. Periodically we call new customers to verify that they have intitiated the payment in order to prevent fraud. This is to protect you as the buyer.

PRIVACY POLICY: User understands that a valid and regularly checked email address is required by Ultra-Mailer.com for use of this service. Ultra-Mailer.com will NOT give your email address or other private information to any 3rd party. Your information will not be sold, rented, or traded for any reason. Any correspondence that is sent to you comes directly from Ultra-Mailer.com or Ventrium Internet Business Services.

Billing: Membership is set up to provide convenient recurring billing each month which is automated by the payment option you select at time of enrollment. If your payment is declined for recurring billing your account will be frozen. You will receive notice by email regarding the declined payment and have the ability to submit payment in a timely mannter. Your account will be deleted if your payment is declined after 5 days of the initial notice. You must request the cancellation of your account at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled recurring billing. If you do not submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days in advance, you will be charged for the upcoming month after which your account will be canceled. Cancellation request must be submitted in writing with name on account, username, name on Paypal or StormPay account, and contact email address. Once user account is cancelled, no further commissions will be paid out on account. All profits and commissions are forfeited upon cancellation of account. If account is terminated for violations of terms of service, commissions will be forfeited.

Profit or Loss Claim: Ultra-Mailer.com and Ventrium Internet Business Services claim no expressed or implied profit amount by use of this system. Nobody can claim any type of profit. Your success in the business of your choice depends largely upon the product or services offered, personal choice by future or existing customers, effectiveness of marketing materials as well as other factors. You agree to use this service "as is" with no claim of profitabillity or loss.

You agree to idemnify and hold harmless Ultra-Mailer.com and Ventrium Internet Business Services and any affiliate, representative, member, or agent from any claims resulting from use of service. You agree that use of this service is at your sole risk. Ultra-Mailer.com, Ventrium Internet Business Services, nor its providers, agents, affiliates, licensors or employes shall be liable for any damages suffered by you or any other individual or, party or company as a result of using or misusing this service. Ultra-Mailer.com and Ventrium Internet Business Services make no warranties of any kind for the service provided, either expressed or implied. Ultra-Mailer.com nor Ventrium Internet Business Services will not be held liable for any damages suffered to user or member including but not limited to: loss of data as a result from delays, nondeliveries of email, service outages caused by technical or other issues whether by Ultra-Mailer.com or other actions of server downtime, acquisition of a virus, or other reasons not listed. Ultra-Mailer.com nor parent or affiliate companies will be held liable for any damages suffered to user or member by use of Ultra-Mailer.com. Ultra-Mailer.com or affiliate or parent companies do not warrant that the service will be error free or uninterruped. The service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. This includes but does not have limits to warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

These terms and conditions as set forth here supersede all previous written, verbal, or implied provisions or agreements. Use of these services provided by Ultra-Mailer.com and Ventrium Internet Business Services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Ultra-Mailer.com reserves the right to make changes and ammendments to these terms and conditions. Users may either by notified or changes by email OR by posting ammendments on this page.

User agrees that Ultra-Mailer.com has the right to freeze or terminate service of user account at any time. Reasons for freezing or termination of account may be due to but not limited to: non-payment, illegal activities, spam complaints, or violation of the terms and conditions.

All text, materials, information, images, graphics, logos and design are copyrighted material whether implied or expressly written. It is a violation to copy, use, share, alter or duplicate any part of this website content in part or whole.
